How long do I wait for my item after I receive a shipment email from the courier service?

  1. For Metro Manila orders: 2 to 3 days.
  1. For Provincial orders: 5 to 7 days.

For orders with customization, we have a lead time of 2-3 days.

 

How do I track my order?

Courier will send an email to you with your designated tracking number. If you have any other concerns you may send a message through the pink chat button at your lower right and provide the following information:

  1. Contact number
  2. Order number
  3. Date of Payment
  4. Concern

 

My order's status is processing, but I haven't received my planner.

Processing means we have received your payment and shipping out is now in process. Completed Order means we already dispatched your item and now on its way to you.My order’s status is processing, but I haven’t received my planner.

 

What if an item is missing from my order?

Item/s may be sent out in separate shipments. Please check your order status to determine if your item/s are being shipped separately.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, as long as the item is still with us. If the order status is already completed (already dispatched and on its way), the you need to pay a re-shipping fee.

 

Do you provide a gift wrapping service?

Sorry, we currently do not offer a gift wrapping service.

 

Payment Options

All payments on this site are made through Paypal, Dragonpay, and PAYO Cash-On-Delivery.

When paying through Paypal/Credit Card, please expect and email confirmation that your payment has pushed through.

When paying through Dragonpay, please expect an email with the ff. information:

    • Account information
    • Instructions on how to proceed with payment
    • Time limit of when you can pay (Please pay a day before the deadline because validation of payments take 24 hrs.)

– Please always remember to VALIDATE your payments with Dragonpay or else our system will not process your orders. If you’ve validated your payment beyond the time limit set by Dragonpay, please contact them 

Below is a chart showing which payment facilities are supported by Dragonpay.

 

  • Legend:
    M – Supports Micropayments Plan
    NV – No manual validation required for these channels
    SV – Simple validation required (online encoding of certain payment details)
    RT – Real-time or near real-time (5 to 10 mins lag)
    SD – Same day processing (usually at end of day)
    ND – Next day processing

 

  • Additional Notes:
    For Cebuana, amounts less than P1,500 are processed in real-time via PeraPal. Amounts more than P1,500 are process by batch next day using the standard biller mechanism.
  • BDO OTC Cash Deposit with Reference No carries an extra P25 surcharge to end-users and does not require manual validation.
  • BPI OTC Bills Payment carry an extra P50 surcharge to end-users.
  • RCBC Online Banking has a surcharge of P5.00 to end-users.
  • RCBC Commercial Bank and RCBC Savings Bank OTC bills payment has a surcharge of P25.00 to end-users.
  • BPI ExpressOnline Bills Payment has a surcharge of P5.00 to end-users.
  • Lhuillier has a surcharge of P20.00 to end-user for first P30k. Then its P30.00 for every P30k thereafter.
  • PNB OTC Bills Payment has a surcharge of P25 to end-users.
  • Security Bank OTC Bills Payment has a surcharge of P50 to end-users.
  • Landbank Online (E-PaymentPortal) payments has a surcharge of P10 to end-users.
  • Landbank OTC Bills Payment has a surcharge of P50 to end-users.
  • ECPay outlets include more than 2,000 remittance centers, department stores, selected Western Union outlet, selected Tambunting pawnshops, ExpressPay, CVM Pawnshop, Ever Superstores, VIA Express, Natasha, Marikina Shoe Exchange, selected Petron gas stations, and many more.
  • PNBRemit, Ventaja-PayRemit, and Skyfreight are international OTC facilities targeting Filipinos living in Asia, Middle East, Western Europe and North America. Most Metrobank Remittance branches abroad can be served through Ventaja-PayRemit.
  • 7-Eleven is available selectively. Please contact us for details.
  • Globe Telco Operator Billing for prepaid and postpaid is available to selected merchants selling digital contents only.

 

For Paypal:

Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can pay for your items using your credit card. Please note that all Paypal or credit card transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by Paypal and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

 

For Dragonpay:

You can pay for your items using your credit card or debit card. Please note that all credit card transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by Dragonpay and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

 

For PAYO:

After a successful order, you will receive the following:

  1. Order confirmation from Crazy About Paper
  2. Booking your order SMS from PAYO
  3. Item for delivery SMS from PAYO.
Please prepare the following for a hassle-free delivery:
  1. Active mobile number for easy communication
  2. In case you’re not available on the day of delivery, have someone to hand over your payment and accept your order/s.

NOTE:  Cash On Delivery has shipping charges depending on the weight of the items you purchased and your address location.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do! You may search for the products you are interested in and place your orders at Amazon!

Can they process bulk orders in Amazon?

Amazon only accepts single purchases. If you wish to order in bulk and have them shipped internationally, you may send an email to help@ilovebdj.com with all details of your order.

 

I received faulty/damaged products

We will accept returns for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 21 days of delivery. Please write to us at sales@viviamoinc.com for assistance.

 

Do you accept exchange?

We unfortunately do not accept exchanges.

 

Can I cancel or change the order I placed?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at sales@viviamoinc.com. If your order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order.

 

Can I change the shipping address of my placed order?

Please email us at sales@viviamoinc.com as soon as possible to make a change to your shipping address. We will not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

 

What currency do you accept payment?

All payments are made in US Dollars. We use PayPal’s secured platform to facilitate all payment transactions. PayPal accepts debit/credit cards via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

 

Duties and Taxes

All prices shown on the site are in Philippine Peso and are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied in countries outside of Singapore. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly, and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Which planners include a coupon booklet?

Only our Navi Journal and Belle de Jour Power Planners have coupon booklets included.

 

Is the BDJ Lifestyle Card included in the planner's shipping?

Yes, your BDJ Lifestyle Card is already attached to your BDJ Planner so both items will be shipped through one transaction only.

 

How can I activate my BDJ Lifestyle Card?

Your BDJ Lifestyle card will be activated when you present it to our brand and service partners upon purchase to avail your perks.

You can see the BDJ Card participating brands in the BDJ coupon booklet.

 

How do I use the BDJ Lifestyle Card?

To use your BDJ Lifestyle card just present it to our participating brand partners!

Present your card in any of the establishments listed in PAGE 6 (BDJ 2019 Lifestyle Card page) of your Perks of a Bella coupon booklet to avail of our partners’ exclusive promos and discounts. Discounts will automatically be credited upon presenting the card.

The card can be used on its own (without presenting any coupon).

Note: The card cannot be used in conjunction with other promos.
